J Scott Roussanne 2008, Columbia Valley
While the winery is in Oregon, the fruit is from Washington so I am calling it a Washington wine. Roussanne is not widely known, even in its native Rhone Valley but we are seeing more and more of them from Washington. This wine is far and away our best selling Roussane because 1) it tastes really good and 2) it’s way cheaper than most. See, the wine business is not that complicated.
