Domaine de Cassagnoles, Cuvée Gros Manseng 2009
This little white, made from the gros manseng grape, grown in the Côtes de Gascogne is simply delicious. It reminds a bit of a sauvignon blanc, semillon blend but with a bit more texture and brighter fruit. I really think you can drink this with just about anything.
