Woodward Canyon Old Vines Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
74 % Champoux Vineyard, 26% Sagemoor both from blocks of vines planted in the early '70's. This wine manages to be dense, concentrated and complex while showing a brightness that seems to be the hallmark of the excellent 2007 vintage. I urge you not to drink this now for this is one of Washington's most age worthy cabernets. Only 628 cases were made so it will not be around for long.
